How would one review an item they never received? By making something up, embellishing on the truth? If so, then my review would be just as subjective as many others that are submitted.

I ordered this product and never received it!!! Since it was for a college class, and the class started and my daughter needed the book, we had to purchase it at the school bookstore. I would like to express my dissatisfaction and request a full and prompt refund!!!

The product arrived in excellent condition. The quality was great. However, it arrived alot slower than expected.
