I have to create a monthly cash flow budget for a kennel business that has just started out. At the end of the first month i need to have £18,000 to invest in. The system must also produce an overdraft requirement of at least £14,000 in the 4th month.
Im really struggling on what i need to include and i cant find much on monthly cash flow budgets on the internet.
Please help ASAP!!!
Think about what happens in the business? Do you need to advertise? Rent premises? Pay an employee(s)? Yourself? Buy pet food? Licences and taxes? Interest on the overdraft.
Have a look at a real kennel, and have a look at what is happening? Everything that happens there, costs money. Take notes, and see whether it makes sense in your situation.
