How Do You Remove An Irs Tax Lien, Please Help!?

I’ve been shopping around, trying to find the best tax company to help me with my problems. I need a tax lien removed ASAP. I was told by a couple of companies that they could remove the liens ASAP, no problem. but i’ve been looking at the IRS website (irs.gov) and there’s no sign of that. What are ways to remove a tax lien?

  1. The best way to have an IRS lien removed is by calling IRS yourself and work out an installment agreement with them. IRS only places liens when one doesn’t make attempts to pay their debt, and ignoring all notices. Call IRS at 1-800-829-7650
Why hire someone when you can do it yourself, if you can ‘t afford to pay the IRS debt how do you plan on paying someone to do the calling for you and setting up an installment agreement.
Call yourself IRS phone lines are open at 7 or 8 a.m.\\\
Visit IRS website http://www.irs.gov and download form 433F collection information statement, and have it completed so you can have it available when you call, and IRS will set up your installment by the F433F. Once an agreeement is established IRS will remove the lien.

  2. Never trust companies that say they will remove your Tax Lien ASAP with no questions asked! (Where I work, Tax Defense Network, we’re always hearing this and warning customers against it, it’s a huge NO-NO!)
The truth of the matter is, IRS Tax Liens practically impossible to remove. As long as the debt is there, the lien is there. That’s because by definition, you have a Tax Lien if you have a Tax Debt, your creditors simply haven’t been notified.
Here’s a few things you can try to remove your Tax Lien:
-Pay the tax debt in full: Hey, had to throw it out there.
-Wait for the debt statutes to expire
-Post a bond: I’ve never personally seen this work, but it’s a possibility.
You best bet is to work with an experienced CPA or tax resolution company to resolve your tax debt. You can do it on your own if you feel confident enough. But you need to get on the road to resolution ASAP to remove the debt.

  3. There are 3 ways to remove a lien.
    Prove it’s in error.
    Prove it’s been paid.
Prove that you need to sell your house at a loss and the IRS isn’t going to get any money anyway.
If you actually owe the money, the lien isn’t going away.http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1450.pdf

  4. RUN from any company that says they can remove the liens, no problem – they’re scams and are lying to you.

  5. You don’t say why you need it removed.
