You are correct that most accounting clerks, bookkeepers, and low-level accountants are women.  Most men I know prefer management or operations and so don&#039;t pursue accounting/bookkeeping...yet, most of the upper-level accountants I know are men.
Don&#039;t concern yourself with whether you&#039;re a guy, just do well in school.</description>

		<description>Not sure what country that you are in but it maybe pretty universal. Clerical positions are usually people without degrees. There is a need for attention to detail and precision. Women do tend to be better at detail work.</description>
