It also covers the many different types of income a non-profit might receive and how those should be dealt with differently. I got this because I am starting a non-profit and we are VERY small right now, but need to know how to make sure we are managing our cash flows and had hoped for some more information on taxation of funds. They only go into taxation a little and the book goes into very formal ways to set up a budgeting process. It is definitely geared more towards a medium and larger sized non-profit, but its all good info for the future. I wouldn't necessarily recommend for a small non-profit that is just starting up.
