If you already have a few income producing properties then this is the book for you. There's a ton of books out there for people that want to start investing in Real Estate, but if you already own properties and want to learn more about building a real estate business that works so you don't have to then this is the book you need. I read the book cover to cover and it is a GREAT value, dollar for dollar you cannot get better information!
